Liverpool’s only official craft brewery, Handyman’s brewing process is done entirely by hand from start to finish, with absolutely no machines, including the bottling and labelling process. The Handyman team consider their work as a form of art, producing fabulous flavours.
The core range includes IPA, pale ale, bitter, sour, red ale and porter, along with seasonal variations, all bottled and labelled by hand. Handyman Brewery’s latest beer is the result of a collaboration with the growers of a local allotment; producing a green hop beer.
A range of botanicals are used in the maceration process to give the gin its unique flavour; these include lemongrass, orange peel and cardamom seeds. It is available in two styles; London dry and oak rested, with the option of two sizes, 700ml or 50ml miniatures.
